Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every grocery order.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before they are dispatched.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be initiated within 5–7 business days (minimum) and not exceeding 10 business days (maximum).
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Returns / Replacements

  • Perishable Goods (fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, bakery, etc.): Returns not accepted unless the item is damaged/expired at delivery.
  • Non-perishable Goods (packaged foods, groceries, staples): Can be returned within 2 days of delivery if unopened, unused, and in original condition.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or expired product, please raise a request with photo proof within 24 hours of delivery.
